Warranty Policy
Effective Date: April 9, 2026
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every job completed by Soundside Electrical LLC is backed by our 1-year workmanship warranty. If an issue arises with our labor within 12 months of project completion, we will return and correct it at no additional cost.
What's Covered
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labor performed by Soundside Electrical LLC, including:
- Wiring connections and terminations
- Circuit installation and routing
- Panel and breaker installation
- Fixture, switch, and outlet mounting
- Any labor performed as part of the contracted scope of work
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by the Client, third parties, or acts of nature (storms, flooding, lightning)
- Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not included in the original scope of work
- Normal wear and tear of materials and components
- Modifications or alterations performed by others after our work is completed
- Damage resulting from improper use of electrical systems or equipment
Manufacturer Warranties
Electrical materials and equipment (panels, breakers, fixtures, devices) are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Soundside Electrical LLC will assist in processing manufacturer warranty claims when applicable, but the terms and duration of those warranties are determined by the manufacturer. We recommend retaining all product documentation and receipts for warranty purposes.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe there is an issue covered under our workmanship warranty, please contact us as soon as possible:

- Provide your name, service address, and a description of the issue
- Reference the original service date or invoice number if available
- We will schedule a return visit to assess and correct the issue
Warranty Period
The 1-year workmanship warranty begins on the date of project completion or final inspection approval, whichever comes last. Claims must be reported within the warranty period to be eligible for coverage.
